The apartments themselves are nice, but the outsides can get quite dark at night. Insufficient lighting. Not so lively neighborhood. My first night here, I noticed many shady looking characters loitering and smoking in some corners.
My second month, the management tried to sue me for not paying some money (rent or initial move-in fees), but later withdrew the case when I showed them I had proof of all the payments (as checks).
I had used a referral but they didn't pay the referrer even after 6 months stating that they had lost the initial contact card and the person who had signed me in no longer worked there.
All in all, I won't be renewing my lease here. The apartments are amongst the better ones in the area, but the locale and experience as a whole, not so much.
