For the price, definitely NOT worth it here....

1. Sue people before checking their own books and records.
They tried to sue me after misplacing my rent checks. Two months in a row I received letters from them that I had not paid rent. When I went to the office to confront, they said it was mistaken and would take care of it. The third time I got a letter from the court that they were suing me. I went to the office with proof that I had paid every single month, on or before time and they immediately checked their files and said I was right (No apologies). Then they canceled the case and I made sure to get written proof from them. Whatever happened to due diligence!

2. The staff. Rude, Utterly Unorganized and Unprofessional. I faxed a letter to their office, and called them right after, to let them know to pick it up and file it. 15 days later I get a letter saying they haven't received any notice from me!!! "0" stars for service!!! the Maintenance staff is good though...timely and professional.

3. Utility bills here come to around $200-$300 per months during winter and a little less in Summer. Just for heat and electricity. For almost everybody I have asked around. Not what I was told.

4. Ridiculous lease terms.
They said nothing about the lease breakage terms when signing the lease. Even the documentation is loosely worded. Later when I asked (just concerned I may get laid off and have to move for work), they said I was to give 2 months notice AND due the full rent till the end of my lease. If however I was moved by my job, then I could break the lease with a month's notice. Is it me or does that sound ridiculous''' For a month-to-month lease they told me the rate as $1125/mth while for a 3 month lease the rate was $1120/mth.
