I've been living in a 2nd floor apt for 2 years. I recently found out my neighbors (in a 1st floor apt) who moved in a month after me have been paying over $100/mo less! They had a slight increase when they renewed after the 1st year. When I mentioned it to management they said my neighbors got in on a "special", but their rent would be going up. I told them about the small increase and asked if it were a lifetime special and why didn't I get the special rate!

Also, 6 months after I moved in my car was broken into and my GPS stolen. I come home at night and find teenagers (who don't live in my building) hanging around on the stairs.

Needless to say, I'm leaving.
