Nice but expensive

I am about to finish my first yearly lease here and I have been very satisfied. Basically the only reasons we are leaving is that we want to get a larger dog which they don't allow. Also it is expensive for a one bedroom apartment. It is very large and basically brand new. However, I dont need a place this nice and found a comparable apartment for 200 dollars a month cheaper. The only sacrifice I had to make was no washer dryer in each unit and a its not as new
