We have lived here for a year. The staff at this place are so terrible. There is a new face in there every time you go into the office and no one knows what the heck is going on at any given time. We have had eviction notices saying that our rent is late at least 3 times. When we go to the office (We learned after the first payment that we have to make photocopies of checks that we give them and get them to sign them to show that we have indeed paid our rent)to ask about the eviction notice, they say our rent check has been applied to someone else's account! They never have any of the papers we give them and they are just a disaster. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I find it strange that you would just find an eviction notice on your door. As someone who was actually evicted, I received several certified letters by mail and had to go to court first, prior to the eviction. When I lived here (I moved out a year ago), the office staff, while I didn't know them personally, were always very attentive. My hot water heater broke one night at 9 pm, leaked water out everywhere, and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix it, plus they had to then take care of the apartment downstairs. My only complaint was that my Indian neighbors cooking aromas always filled my son's bathroom, but I learned to turn the fan on and shut the shower curtain (don't ask...it worked!). If I had to leave my townhome tomorrow, I would definitely move back!
