THE TRUTH

This place is great if you don't leave your apartment. There are cars in the parking lot that have sat there for months. The management is quick to do something about it, however it is the stubborness of the owners of the cars to move them. The people that live here are supposed to make a certain amount of money in order to be approved, but sometimes it seems like I live in Section 8. The guarded gate gives me piece of mind when I sleep, but that doesn't mean your car won't get broken into by your neighbor. Across the street there is a basketball court that young thugs like to play at....all the time anytime. The fitness center is clean and the management is friendly. I understand the other reviews about the manager, Kathy. She comes off very cold. Most of the time when I called, I did not speak to her, so I had no problem. I guess people need to understand that she runs a business-and it's not always sunshine and smiles everyday of the year.
Overall, I would check it out. No college kids, quiet, and clean. Very secured but watch out for neighbors. Good sense of community. Actually, GREAT sense of community.
