Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I have lived in this complex for over a year. And I guess from all of the other stories that I have had it pretty good. I have not once needed to call maintenance for any repairs, and the office staff has been very polite whenever I have stopped in there (I guess that's because I'm usually dropping off my rent check). The only problem I have had is that my roommate and I were offered an incentive if we were to renew our lease earlier than needed. Well, suffice to say, we have yet seen any of this incentive. Also, they are very strict when it comes to their leases, currently I was in search of buying a house, but am now forced to stop because they will not allow me to get released from my lease without paying the full balance. I have friends and family members who were in similar situations and their apartment complexes gladly released them from their leases with the only penalty of them loosing their security deposit. Overall it is a nice complex; the living room and kitchen are kind of small, and there could be a little more storage space.
