The apartment itself is great. I live in the 2 bedroom deluxe and it is extremely spacious and well laid out. However, since the time we've moved in I've encountered multiple problems with the apartment that the management has yet to deal with. We have a washer and dryer in our apartment. The first weekend we had moved in, the washer caught on fire. It took over a month before we could get a new washer. They replaced it with one from another apartment, which had dirt in it. After sending a complaint letter to the management office, we finally got our washer. In the meantime, our ceiling was leaking, the apartment hadn't been completely painted, and the kitchen was a slime hole. Once the kitchen was cleaned up, I've lived with the water spots and half painted walls. It's a constant struggle with the management, but the apartment itself is wonderful.
