I agree with the comments from the two other surveys, the rooms themselves are affordable and nice, and I?ve yet to have any pest problems at all. However, the place could be much, much better. The buildings themselves would look much better if they just took the wooden shingles off. If they repaved some of the parking areas, and put just a little more into the landscape, the place would be great. The head manager is cold and unapproachable, but the rest of the staff is fine, whenever I call or drop in, I just hope the manager isn?t there. The maintenance people could be more reliable. A few exterior changes and a friendlier, more responsive manager, and you?ve got a great, quiet apartment complex that?s a bargain.
