apartment nice, management sucks

my experience with the management staff was not optimal. they seem to lack compassion for their renters; very cold in business. unappreciative of renters that pay rent early or on time every month. the apartment was nice, although i have required lots of maintenance work. however, the maintenance staff was wonderful.
