I have been here for over a year not a big deal, now the place is under new onership and management already they are destroying the place. they cut down alot of trees that should have been left alone. I heard through the grape vine they are doing away with the guard's at the gate ( there goes the safty of the hoodlums around the area) this is or was one of the main reasons i moved here was the security of the gate. I've also heard that they have been letting alot of rifraft move in from other properties they manage. At least with the old owners and staff they had standards that tenants had to meet to move here which makes a heck of a difference. Good luck to all and future tenants i can't wait till my lease is up!!!!
