The apartments are old and the plumbing is constantly breaking down. Numerous floods and leaks in my 4 year stay. Hopefully the new management will get things in order! Not a horrible area, tucked away from traffic but ghetto once you leave the gate. Hot tub doesn't work, gym always has broken equipment, no basketball nets, guard is useless. Rent prices are decent for the space you get.
