I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. When I moved 7 months ago there were issues. The pilot was not lit, the front room carpet was not tacked down, the storage closet door outside was coming off, the top shelves were broken, the front door had not been painted, and there were issues with the living room light. To date the shelves, painting and carpet have not been done. The storage room door was just done in September after a threat. The washer and dryer have broken 3 times and management is slow to fix, 3 weeks or more. I have had 3 leaks in the front room from the air conditioner. One in the bathroom from upstairs. More recently a leak in the bedroom closet. It must have been a slow leak because of the mildew that formed on the wall. It took 3 weeks to have the carpet replaced. All of the leaks that I have were stopped but the follow up work was never completed. I have holes in both the bedroom and the kitchen ceilings. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone.
