My husband and I moved here in June and I don't know where to start. This apt is listed in apartment.com and the rooms are falsly advertise EVERYTHING. They said that there is a sauna (none on premises) tennis court (broken) basketball court (broken) secured partking (no security only a building). I saw a van load of kids came in for the summer and used the pool. When we moved in the carpet was dirty and wet, the screen door broken and the blinds don't work. There was a leak where the water heater is which took 3 months to repair and patch. I have a BIG PROBLEM WITH MUSIC UPSTAIRS the cops came on numerous occasions and the staff said they sent out warning letters but they don't care. The music is unbelievable loud they walk all through the night loud, and their TV is hooked up to their stereo. The staff only cares about their rent I have been complaining months now and nothing has gotten better. I feel like I am living in the Ghetto, or Brooklyn. The people who live here shows no regards for others. I can't wait for our lease to be up WE ARE SO OUT OF HERE. DO NOT COME IT IS TOO GHETTO.
