It looks like a good deal huh' And you can say to yourself that for this price with all the amenities I can put up with almost anything. Are you sure' You will have to put up with everything. In our time there we had no less than 4 floods in the apartment. This consistently damaged the carpet and at one time they even cut it across our hallway, tore out the padding and had the nerve to deduct it from our security deposit. One of the tenants in our building had mice. He was unable to live in the apartment for the last two months of his lease because of live and dead mice all over the apartment.

Another tenant had their brand new car crashed into by one of the maintenance vehicles that never reported the accident. They tracked him down when he was parked near the building with a crushed fender and paint from the tenant's car all over it.

The guard house never gets used.

The compactor overflows with garbage because maintenance does not compact it often enough. Look out for those weekends, folks, you won't be able to get within a couple car lengths of the dumpster to throw anything away.

The staff is rude and rediculously confrontational.

We had our air conditioner break in July and they did nothing to help us out until I wrote a letter to the regional manager.

We have had leaks from the upstairs apartment about every month and instead of fixing it they just come out and paint over it until we called the next month.

There was a leak under the sink that caused mold to grow in the paint. Again, just painted over it and went on their way.

This is a horrible place to live and the price does not make up for it.

Trust me.

Save yourself the stress.

They suck!

At this time I am contemplating looking into a class-action suit against the management company for continuing to charge us full rent when none of the lease agreed on amenities were available to us.
