I have been a resident here at VOC for three years and I have seen great improvements since the new management company has taken over last year. Before the new management company came in I was really ready to run out of here! But I decided to give the new management company a couple of months to see if there would be any improvements, and I must say that I like what I see. They upgraded the clubhouse, and started renovations on the apartments, with stainless steel appliances. There has been a number of changes with the staff over the years but I think this new company has finally got it right, I think the office staff and maintenance staff are trying to make this a great place to live, the staff is always very helpful! I am glad that I stayed....there is alot of units here, and I truely beleive that the majority of us are thankful that we got a management company who cares. In a community of this size YOU SIMPLY CANT'T PLEASE EVERYONE!!!NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. I recommend VOC!
