Do not move there! Do yourself a favor. Since the new management has taken over the guard gate has gone away (you need it because of the crack section 8 neighborhood next door), the garbage piles up, nothing ever gets fixed and most of the people that work in the office are liars. There are known plumbing problems that they try to cover up for by badgering you to get renters insurance so they aren't responsible. They also now allow dogs which means lots of barking and dog crap. People tie there dogs up on the small balconies and leave they there for everyone else to listen to. If you have serious problems with the neighbors, don't expect any help from the management. The neighborhood has gone down hill significatly with the 'new management'. Now that there's free heat and they've lowered the rent it's the next best thing to section 8. DON'T DO IT!!!!
