Ok I've been there since October and already my cabinet doors are falling off. I was told I would have to wait for my lease renewal to renovate. When I first moved in my refridgerator smelled like old food. When maintenance came to fix the problem, they said there wasn't one. I had to buy baking soda and clean it several tines to get that smell out. Now we have the problem of the noisy neighbor and no one will address it.
