I moved to this community about two months ago, and for the most part I think that I made a good choice!. I was amazed at the rent being so affordable with all the major renovations going on. before I moved here I read the reviews and was expecting to see a horrific place but it was the total opposite. I loved it! I don't know what the old management company was like but I think the new company is doing a great job. When I moved in, I had a couple maintenance concerns, but they addressed them right away, I wish I could have got new carpet but overall my apartment looked very nice for an aged community,and very clean. In two months of living here, my building was remodeled with stone and new windows. I am very happy I moved here.

I think u're a complete idiot. There's mold everywhere I am sick bc of the mold, right now i'm breathing fiberglass bc of the leak between my bedroom n bathroom in the master.....a hole was made and they havent closed it yet therefore I am breathing fiberglass due to insulation being exposed, I have flooded twice mold is everywhere like I said, maitenance doesnt give a damn and I have water damage every where. Let me clue your dumbazz in ALL OF US HAVE A REASON TO SUE THEM COMPLETELY. IT IS MY HOPE THAT THE WHOLE COMPLEX WITH HOLDS RENT UNTIL ALL THIS MESS IS DEALT WITH!!

This response is for madazhelltenant why does this person have to be a idiot...Could it be possible that they have a opinion just like you...perhaps this person is lucky like me and we just havent experienced anything bad...everyone is entitled to their own opinion which is the point of us posting info here right? At the end of the day anyone that is reading this will make the decision on what they want to do and when you lease is over move the ---- out of the complex if it so bad to you. Damn!
