Maybe I am blessed or lucky but as I read the bad reviews I am shocked...I moved here in the summer I live right by the rental office..It is a nice quiet area to live in...I have heard of the floods in the front of the complex but never experienced them...My ac is great...I used my heat one time because the insulation is pretty good...The ofc staff is pretty nice except for Michelle...Maintanence is very nice, sometimes you have to stay on them to fix minor stuff.,,,My apartment had a few problems when I moved in but they fixed most of them within a day or two....Marie and Tabitha (mgr) are very nice...
