I have Lived at villiage of caterbury with my family for the last 3years. I am very happy with my apartment. I have seen the maintence staff picking up trash every day from the grounds. The office staff is very nice .If any problems the manager has maintence there to fix the problems with in 24 hours. Village of Caterbury are also remodling there apartments and also re doing the walkways. I think the office staff and maintence team are doing and awsome job keep up the good work!!!!!

I really believe the staff wrote this, I have'nt heard anything good about this place its nice if you want to live in Wilmington.
