I thought my last apartment complex was bad but i wish i wouldve stayed regardless of the rent. moving into VOC, we did not have hot water for 4 days, everything and i MEAN EVERYTHING did not run. all the doors were off track, the pantry door didnt openn, my roomies toilet didnt flush for a week, the dishwasher and oven were broken, actually the only thing that faithfully worked was the washer and dryer, and the $799 rent check, the main reason i chose this place.I have been here 6 months and now they are completey redoing the plumbing, which is fine, if when the plumbers came, it wouldnt be 8am for 15 days straight. this morning i woke up to a strange man peaking his head in at me, came home to dust all over my bed and clean clothes. PERSONAL things thrown from one side of my room to the other. should i even mention that there is no parking' and you might have to walk in the dark at night to get to your apartment. im disgusted and embarrassed ive never had this many problems!
