this place BAD AND ALL THAT THE OFFICE PEOPLE DO IS LIE!I was told moveing in that the gaurd gate would work with in the 3 weeks Ive been here 1year and its still not working! the stuf in the gym is always broken. (meaning they just moved there crapy stuf from a nother place they had and gave us there broken junk!the pool was hardly open over the summer, and PLEASE PLEASE NEVER LET ANY ONE FIX ANYTHING UNLESS YOUR HOME ! THE WORKERS STILL! Ive walked in on them doing it to me!when you have them fix something keep the work orders. IF YOU CAN GET THEM TO GIVE YOU YOUR COPY!and make shure you send sertifyed all complantes! suprise suprise delaware judges will not take you at your word even knowing how bad this place is! when you say all the horor that gose on here!O and pets thats a joke they tell you$200 deposit but everyone has them in clueding office manigers liveing here big ones and serton people are not made pay! o and did I forget 2 days after I moved in I had to call the fire department to disconect the gass line becasue my oven wouldent turn off and the on call person never came not even after calling for 3 hours. They fired him yah BUT 2 MOUNTHS LATER HIRED HIM BACK UM DAH!THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. they say what they have to , to suck you in and then eat your money and fix nuthing.the washers dont wash tey slightly move! and it takes me NO JOKE 120 MIN FOR ONE SMALL LOAD TO DRY (AND THAT WAS AFTER THEY FIXED IT!)

Based on my miserable past experience living in Village of Canterbury I feel the above rater has greatly overrated these luxury apartments. They are not fit for human habitation, management is an extremely overraated title, the bodies thaat occupy the complex office know nothing about management. NOTE TO ALL - - - if you need anything fixed do it by certified letter with a return receipt requested, and have renters insurance aand don't be afraid to use it. If you use it the insurance co. will not hesitate to take VOC to court to get there money back.

I SEEN THAT SO MINY PEOPLE ARE SO MAD ITS CAUSED SPELLING MIX UPS FROM TYPEING SO FAST BEING MAD.ALL IS FORGIVEN. JUDGES SHOULD START MAKEN THESE PLACES PAY FOR THERE LIES AND SIMI SLUM LOARD WAYS!!!!!!!
