I lived there from 6/05-6/06. We asked the neighbors and they told us that they would have moved elsewhere if they knew better prior to moving in. We decided to move in anyway - FOOLS!! When we moved in, the front entryway had Pergo laminate wood flooring, but I flooded the dinky washer with clothes and the machine leaked under the new flooring which created mold for us and our new born to live with for months before they decided to come by and replace the floor. The mold was behind the range for who nows how long. The fiberglass master bathtub had a crack in it so we had to take showers in the tub on the opposite side of the apartment. You pay for ammenities that they don't even have. The front gate was supposed to be fixed and still hasn't til this day - 3/25/08. The tennis court never had a net. Fitness center was non-existant. They took us to court for non payment of rent due to the bathtub issue and there were five other couples there for other management/property/vandelizism/theft issue from Village. I would not recommend moving into this hell hole!! By the time we moved out, there had already been three management company changes within the year. They will suck your money dry, say they will fix the problem and continue to lie to you. Good luck if you move in! We didn't have much of it. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
