Unless you have a flood or a fire you can forget about getting minor repairs done in your apartment. Everytime I need something done in my apartment I have to call and write several letters. They do not even give you the courtesy of a return phone call,nothing. I cannot wait until the day that I can move out of here. If you are thinking about moving here because of the price alone, my advice for you is to run and do not look back, you will thank me for this.
