This place obviously has a lot of maintenance issues. I totally agree with everyone when they say this. But I have other problems that never seem to be handled by management. I have a guy that lives above me and I can hear everything from when he coughs to when he stomps through out the apartment. The main issue is the stomping. The apartment has carpet, I dont know if he does it on purpose but I have to blast the tv or radio to not here him. But he really gets me every morning between 3 and 6am. Wait and the crickets will drive you nuts... I cant sleep because of this man and these abundance of crickets they take over your apartment. Another thing that I hate is that somehow I can smell when this guy smoke cigarettes. Its like someone going in your bathroom shutting the doors and smoking without the vents turned on. Then opening up the door for it to circulate throughout your home. On top of that the a/c unit that sits outside make so much noise when they are operating. I hate this place. If you work long hours and want to sleep peacefully without noise dont move here it will keep you awake and stress you out even more. I am currently looking for a way out my lease.

its in your lease that if you dont pay rent in 30 days your put out. so I dident pay tell they took me to court to put me out on the 40ith day then when we went to court I was already out and took pictures of the place and only had to pay the 30 days.NOte when you leave befor you go to court give them the key and get writen prof they got the kep for the judge.EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT THE DEAL EVEN A FOSIT FIXING SEND A LETTER SIG COMFERMATION TO PROVE THAT YOU SENT IT OR THE JUDGE WILL NEVER BELEAVE YOU!
