This is my first apartment wow what an experience. To start the walls are paper thin and can hear the people above you talking and everything else you dont wanna hear. Then Winter comes and I had NO hot water 6 different times and one time lasted for 3 1/2 days. Everything is broken door knobs and handles, electric outlets the closet, Ihave already calls and put 5 work orders in and NOPE STILL NOT FIXED!!! Outside of the aprtment looks like a hell whole, the workers ride there trucks through and turf everything up its nothing but mud outside. Which im sure that'll come out of my security deposits for the carpets being trashed when thats how they were when I got them. Also a couple times I came home at night there were NO lights on outside all the apartments, they were cut off and cant see anything bc the entrance is inbetween other buildings, safe huh. Yeah they said it was a renovated apt and that why my rent is higher, really I dont know what im paying for!!!! Then bc they are renovating apts. they having been renovating the apr below me , which took them 4 mnths to fix which ive seen people build house faster then they can fix an aprtmnt. So I dealt with the noise and racket of that. Now they are on top of me stomping around and throwing ---- of balcony into thier work truck. Who feels like dealing with that on thier days off!!! This is only half it!!! If your looking for a place to live....DO NOT MOVE TO VILLAGE OF CANTERBURY!!!! ITS A NIGHTMARE AND VERY TRASHY!!!!!!!! The only thing they got going good is yeah a couple of updated appliances...WOW JUST DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I attached a pic of how non professional these workers are and how they dont care I have to walk through that everyday...plus its 10x worse now, bc that was a couple mths ago when it first started. I can not wait to move out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for posting this review, I appreciate your honesty and keeping it real. I'm new to the area and I'm here this week looking at places to stay; I'm moving from South Carolina this Saturday so I'm hoping to make things final. Your post will help me save time.
