(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I moved here 1 year and 10 months ago and it has not been a pleasent experience. To start with the apartments are freezing during the winter. Even with the thermostat turned to 90 the best I can get the place up to is 65. Also the bats IN the apartment during this summer were a nice touch (they took care of the bugs I guess).

In addition the general atmosphere of the complex has turned into a hood. I am moving out as soon as possible because my place was recently broken into and I am now afraid that they will be back because they only took half of my stuff.

I you want to live it up with the homies go ahead and move here otherwise don't even go look at this dump.
