We moved here from TX, like other I found the listing on the internet. I cant believe so many people are so bitter. The need a PROZAC. The apartments rent for the BEAR area is below the average and the size and quality is at average or better. The maintenance is slow and overall service could be improved, but with that said the people writing these reviews have serious issues. We have been here a little over a year and havent had anywhere near the problems the rest of the patients (those needing meds) had. Our rent went up 30 at the end of our first lease,,, but even with the increase we still pay less than the average. Overall the apartments are spacious, nice grounds, have a fireplace, storage and a very nice patio. Just wanted to even the score a little. And yes, we do still live in the apartments.
