(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

My only complaint is that the insulation is not good during the winter so the heating bill is high. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. The maintenance crew has immediately responded to any complaints and management followed up with a phone call, the management doest allow for people to just leave their old clunker cars forever in the parking lot and they kept the lawn and grassy areas pretty trim.

Tenants tended to throw trash on the ground. The apartments are quiet with the cement in between each one.
