(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I lived there for a year and a half. The day we moved in there was a twelve pack of beer in our frig from the workers.

The AC did not work till the end of AUGUST!
The Heat..didnt work either. ITs a good thing theres a fireplace, you can burn stuff to keep warm.

They could be soo much better. Awesome size apartments. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT HORRRIBLE.

The washer upstairs of my apartment was leaking to our apartment AND WE GOT CHARGED FOR IT!

even though we called them and the people up stairs called them..

they have never gotten a dime from me.
