People are always sitting in the entrance ways of buildings, mostly doing drugs. Do not be suprised when you walk out of your apartment in the morning to go to work and find someone sleeping on the steps to your door. Don't even think about getting a decent parking spot; they're taken with all the broke-down cars. Keep your license plates close, because if you don't, they'll just up and walk away. The "discount cable" through Comcast they promise does not exist. Rent will go up every year you sign a new lease (and don't forget, they might ask you for 2 deposits when you sign your lease). Oh, the free carpet cleaning and painted walls (they say you'll get for signing new leases); if you happen to be lucky enough to get that, please let me know. I hope you like the cold, because in the winter your apartment won't be above 65 degrees. Oh, and we have pet birds in the bathroom vent. Our balcony has not had rails since before we moved in. You would think by all the trash on the ground, there has got to be alot of people with littering tickets. And, please don't bother management, their too busy wondering how to scam more money.
