IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING INTO CANBY PARK APTS, OR VILLAGE OF WINDHOVER, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR/RUN. THESE ARE THE WORST/MOST GHETTO APARTMENTS EVER. THE STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND INCOMPETENT IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE PAID TO DO NOTHING. IT TOOK ME 2 MONTHS TO GET A FRIDGE THAT WORKED. UPON MOVING IN THE APARTMENT IT WAS FILTHY, DEBRIS WAS ON THE BALCONY, 2 DOORS WERE MISSING, ENOUGH HOT WATER FOR 1 SHOWER,SMOKE DETECTOR WASN'T HOOKED UP, PAINT CANS, CUPS/CIGARETTES WERE LAYING AROUND, AND THE APARTMENT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED FROM THE PREVIOUS RESIDENTS. THE INSULATION IS HORRIBLE. I BELIEVE THE WINDOWS ARE MADE OF HARD PLASTIC! U MIGHT AS WELL STAND OUTSIDE IN THE WINTER. THE RENTAL STAFF NEVER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY/ALWAYS PASSES THE BUCK OR HANGS UP ON U. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS BREAK-INS, AND ALSO THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTED HOME INVASIONS.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SLUMLORDS/DESERVE TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

I WISH I HAD READ THESE POSTINGS BEFORE I MOVED IN.

There are numerous breakins and my house was one that was broke in this yr. I called the office and they gave no remorse or anyhting to the fact that i wanted extra security. Yes, the doors and insulation are worthless and you have no choice to use the fireplace in the winter b/c it is so cold. That is why they say that the heat is included in the rent. i give these apartments 2 thumbs down and the rental agents.
