I have been reading the comments on this page and I have to agree with everyone 100%. Except for those that say it is a great place to live. I am convinced that it's the staff writing those reviews. This place is dirty and the staff is rude. They are not willing to help out for anything. Even if you talk to them about a problem it still takes them months. In the winter our washer and dryer broke down along with the heat and it took them two months to fix the heat. The washer and dryer took three months. And it is starting to go bad again. Not to mention the "people" that hang out on the grounds. Doing who knows what. Oh and my fiance and his roommate was offered the free carpet cleaning with the lease renewal and we have not ever seen it at all. Oh and let's not for the broken down cars and the constant police showing up every night. I think that we have even heard a couple gun shots during the night times. As I sit here typing this review I look around and see everything that is wrong with this place. The termite damage in the bedroom with a hole causing all kinds of bugs to get in. Also the broken off doors (which was reported over the winter). And also the broken in car with the smashed windows sitting the parking lot.

I have seen and talked to Caroline often and she is supposedly the "manager' of this god for saken complex. And is about as useful as a hole in the ground. She blames everything on the "owners". Who knows who they are or if they even exist. This place is dirty out side with the garabe that piles up over the week and blows all over the place.

Everything in this place is falling about. The blinds have not been fixed since we moved in. The a/c is constantly breaking. We had a problem with the shower in the front bathroom and it took them three weeks to fix. So everytime we took a shower, water would come spewing out of the floor.

I could go on for a long time but I think that my point has gotten across.

As far as feeling safe. That is a joke. you have to guess who is behind your door because there are no peep wholes in the doors to make sure who is at your door. With the constant break ins and car robberies. I do not feel safe at all.

All in all I have to say stay away from this place. Do not waste your money or your time. STAY AWAY!!

I DON'T UNDERSTAND THESE PEOPLE COMPLAINTS WHY ARE THEY STILL LIVING THERE IF ITS SO BAD WHY DIDN'T THEY MOVE?
