I'm not going to lie to you, this is no beverly hills or the ritz or anything of that sort, but the Village of Windhover is not as bad as people make it out to be. I haven't been living there long but the office staff has been very nice to both myself and my boyfriend. The apartment was in excellent shape when we moved in. There was only a couple things wrong with it that we could either fix ourself or we got the staff to fix.
The apartments are spacious and well designed and the parking is ample. I haven't had any trouble with my car on the grounds. The building I live in has a lot of nice cars in front of it and I have never seen anything happen to any of them.
You do have to keep on the staff to get some of the bigger things fixed but when you are dealing with a complex of this size that is expectable. It is also very quiet in the building, I have never heard any of my neighbors.
You should not move into this apartments if you are expecting luxury but if you need apartments that are affordable I believe these are excellent ones.

Actually, no I don't work there, I live in a two bedroom apartment on Blatty Place. I do have some complaints to add to my post since I posted it. I do still enjoy the apartment, I think it is an excellent one. My complaints are mostly with the staff now. Some things took them quite a while to fix and God help you if you fall behind on your rent, you start recieving a letter every other day! But for the most part they have still been nice to me, even when I was behind on my rent. Oh also, on the first floor of my building a pizza man was robbed and I walked right through it without even knowning it, that was a little scary. A friend of my boyfriend's car got broken into. And the staff lied when they said the section 8 houses were not going to be section 8 anymore, they still are. Also, our rent is going up as of July so we are moving out and they are going to make you start paying for your heat (that's what it said in the letter we just got yesterday). So like I said before, really nice apartments, area sucks, staff okay.

The rent did go up but they gave me the old price and i am not moving until the end of June. I moving to Sandburg Pl
