(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

OK I have been living in Windhover for almost 2 months now. And they are great! The only thing that I would make a complaint about is that they give you your key on a friday at anytime after 4pm on the day that you move in I think that was the dumbest thing ever. The rent has gone up to 880.00 but they gave me the old price at 820.00. I have nothing by positive things to say about them as I expected that I would. They also allow you to make you security deposit in 10 installments added on to your rent. So I had a lot of extra money to buy things when I moved in.
