(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

Honestly, I didn't think this place was half as bad. I've lived here for 2.5 years with pleasure - great balcony view. However, now I need to terminate my lease since I'm moving out of the area. But my conditions do not qualify for getting out of my lease, which ends 12/31/2006.

If you are interested in an apartment in the Village of Windhover, then please give me a call so we can arrange the lease (note: not sub-lease; this is all legal, in coordination with the rental office) and as a reward for you I'll give you 1 month rent free!
