The demo apartment was really nice and I love my apartment inside but it is a nightmare outside. I JUST saw two dirty diapers...what is that'! My car has been broken into twice! My roommate got his windows smashed! They weren't the least bit sympathetic. In fact, they acted mad that we even told them about it.
Our AC broke in the summer for 9 days and we tried contacting them with no answer. Finally the day our rent was due we put a stop payment on the check until the fixed the AC, that very day they came and fixed it. But not without charging a late fee for the stop payment. Somehow they are trying to get an extra $121 out of us.
The rental office has hours that are impossible for anyone to get to. 10-4' Are you kidding me! The people that work there are completely unprofessional.
Livington Greens is right on the other side ...that says enough! These are the worst apartments!

The office hours are actually 10-6 M-F and Sat & Sun 12-5. If you can't make it out during any of those times you need to get a new job.
