(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

I have lived there almost 2 years and chose not to renew my lease this time. The area is becoming unsafe. I had a car stolen, my daughters car was broken into and several cars have had windows broken. The maintenance has been poor...have to call over and over to get something done. I have rain that comes in my bedroom windows from the roof! I have been trying to get that fixed since May...!
