(user photo) 2 weeks before they came to remove the fan (user photo) 3 weeks before fixed or any attention from maintenance. (user photo) The entire ceiling was compromised for 3 weeks. (user photo) My furniture was damaged, but not enough for a claim to renters insurance. Mgmt didn't care or compensate.

I have never lived here, but had a cousin that did. Her apartment was broken into while she was asleep (did not hurt her, but several things were stolen). Her car windows were smashed several times. Then finally stolen one day and never found. Her washer never worked the whole year she was there. They always said they were ordering a part but it never came. Save yourself the stress and put the money twords buying a house. Much more worth it in the long run.
