I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AND HAVE BEEN FOR ALMOST A YEAR. I HAVE LIVED IN MANY DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMMUNITIES. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THAT THIS ONE HAS BEEN RELATIVELY POSITIVE! MAINTENANCE HAS ALWAYS RESPONDED AND ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY TENDED TO AND RESOLVED. THE STAFF SEEMS TO BE TRYING TO CLEAN UP THE GROUNDS ETC. THE ONLY THING I WOULD SAY IS THAT THERE IS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY AS THERE IS A NON WORKING SECURITY GATE THAT IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE ACCESSIBLE BY RESIDENTS. THAT MIGHT BE SO, IF ONLY IT WAS IN OPERATING ORDER.
