i am a current resident and have been for quite some time. i have never read any of these reviews prior to today. i can only say that in my experience the staff has always been both professional and courteous. while, i have seen some minor disturbances in the past, it is my understanding that the staff and the management are well aware of the problems and are taking steps to address them. i have always had my concerns met efficiently.
