i have read the reviews below. as far as the carpet being replaced, every apartment i have ever lived in, the carpet is replaced as well as the paint being repainted each and every time. i think that is part of keeping the apartments refurbished. as with any apartment, there are good and bad people as well as good and bad things. there are always opportunities for improvement each and every place i have lived. overall, i think the staff as well as the community is improving. the current management staff and mostly stephanie is working very hard to make it more like apartment homes, by homes i mean a place to want to live and call home.
