we have lived in the vinings for over a year. our experience has been positive minus a few minor things that were quickly rectified once brought to the attention of the property manager, stephanie. stephanie is attentive and very courteous and efficient in the way any and all situations are handled in the community. i can say that the complex and element of people that have been allowed have increased tremendously. some of the requirements are strict, but i do feel that all rules that are being enforced are for the betterment of the community. the security gate will also be operational as of the 16th of september. that is a definite plus!!
