overall, this apartment complex is okay. there are some improvements that can be made. the main thing for aesthetic purposes would be to clean, (deep clean) all of the hallways, breezeways, steps and walls in the buildings. they are filthy. i am sure this is in part to the tenants smoking and discarding their trash in the hallways, but just as the maintenance man walks around and picks up trash daily, part of his function should be to clean up the buildings with a steam cleaner. the office staff seems pleasant enough. most people i have encountered in the community are friendly sans a few exceptions. the people that seem the friendliest are the dog walkers. i do think there needs to be some kind of rule that is posted about the noise of guests that visit and the beeping of horns and the music being played in and out of the neighborhood by tenants. i think they should be courteous enough to turn their music down once inside the complex etc...just simple rules..simple courtesies that people seem to lack these days. maybe if there were some noise violation signs around, people would be more courteous of their neighbors and their surroundings.
