i have lived in these apartments now for about a year and a half. i have addressed all of my concerns and some have been dealt with effectly. some have not! the most annoying thing is the number of teenagers or young adults that loiter in the hallways drinking and discarding their cigarette butts or spitting on the steps. it is gross. there needs to be a security guard on foot to patrol the grounds since the management can not seem to keep the gate in working order! there seems to be groups of young adults that gather in cars at the back of the complex at night and that is concerning to say the least. i do not know what good it is to have police cars stationed in the neighborhood if they just sit there.
