Luxury apts means Section 8 welfare

All you have to do is to ask the management, "What percentage of the complex is section 8 welfare or subsidized low income"....the answer is at least 50%. I think it is higher based on my living here for 2 years. I am paying $840/month for my advertised "luxury unit". I know of least a couple others (section 8) who are only paying $50/month. Yes, $50/month. And with that of course they bring the attitudes, vandalism, noise, litter etc. The maintenance man picks up every morning 2 large garbage cans of trash that these people throw on the grounds. This is the projects. These people don't know how to live decently. The security gate hasn't worked for a year. Because, every time it is fixed it is broken that weekend by people trying to get in that don't live here. I am not renewing my lease and don't recommend The Vinings to decent people.
