Hello. I have been a resident here for over a year and a half. Over the course of that time, management has changed hands consistently. The security gate has worked maybe 10% of the time. I have been unable, due to a broken locking mechanism, been able to use the fitness center for maybe 25% of the time. I have tried to work with the property managment over my time here and even posted a nice review previously on this website at the management's request to try and help. At this point, unable to work with either local or regional managment (phone calls and e-mails are rarely returned), I have filed a written complaint with the office of the attorney general. We had to conference call the regional manager (worthless) in order for me to finally receive a pass code to the fitness center that worked. Neighborhood kids from adjoing properties are frequent visitors and hang out with residents near my apartment. They are rude and out of control. Two days ago the I was approached by the police as I returned from work. Someone had called 911 and they were looking for apaprtment staff. I tried calling numerous times to the after hours number but the only answer that came was a fax. BEFORE YOU PAY THE PRICE TO RENT HERE AND GET FEW OF THE AMENITIES AND SERVICES PRESENTED ON THE "TOUR" ... THINK TWICE. IT'S BEEN HIGH ON PROMISES AND EXCUSES ... LOW ON DELIVERY AND SERVICE. I am considering legal action and following up with other consumer advocacy groups such as the BBB. One last word on renting here ... be afraid ... be very afraid.

I have lived here for 2 years and totally agree with this assessment. However, when a majority of this apartment complex is section 8 / low income, and some are paying "just $50 per month" to live here you can imagine the quality of life that comes with associating with these type of people.

i feel the same way. i pay a hefty rent and am still constantly harassed by all sorts of rude, insolent, kids, using such profanity and being extremely disrespectlful..you ask them to move away from you car, then mysteriously your car gets keyed....there is no community watch or on the ground security to stop the vandalism..it is ridiculous

I wrote a letter to the Attorney General two days ago, myself. The staff is very neglectful. The don't return calls. They break rules and lie to their benefit. It's disgusting. Anybody who rents from here after reading all these comments is either lacking brain cells, or is a masochist!
