This place is a wonderful and luxurios home to many people, and the office staff trys their best to look after our needs. No one is perfect!!!!!!! Ample parking. Very quiet.A thing of beauty. Very safe. Top quality. Insulation, fixtures, and building materials appear high quality. Very good work. Always fixed right the first time. Staff really have its act together! the person who wrote that above must either be on hallugenic drugs or be the new property manager who doesn't live on the premises and isn't in the office enough to know that what she wrote is pure fiction...just read the police reports or drive through the neighborhood....hilarious!!!

The original posting here must be from someone just released from maximum security prison after 35 years. He is probably living with one of those section 8 residents paying $50 per month and playing loud rap music all night and throwing beer bottles on the lawn. His roommate has as a "herd" of vulgar little kids cursing and vandalizing the properties. Yes, it must be "paradise" for them !! Next time you are riding thru look at the vandalism, trash, broken security fence, and the kids running up and down the units playing "ghetto tag". This current staff is the 6th set in 4 years. All the others quit due to disgust. You figure it out.

This is crap. Some idiot manager wrote this. Look at how the first part of the paragraph had misspellings. Then when you get to the part where it says: "Ample parking. Very quiet.A thing of beauty."... and the rest of this crappy comment, it's all spelled right. It's totally fake! Those "new hire" property managers will do ANYTHING for new suckers.....I mean new tenants! Promoting the Vinings is like polishing a turd!
