Disgusting apartments and useless staff

We all just got a notice stating that the staff on Wednesday Aug 17th, "will be conducting an inspection of each unit concentrating on the general conditions" !! This means that they see a need to inspect each unit to check for damages, garbage, cleaniness, bugs, and filth. I have never heard of such a thing in my entire life. But, I guess when you have mostly section 8 / low income people living here they see a lot of problems. They should be more concerned about the security fence that has been broken for at least 2 years. They should be more concerned about the exterior of the buildings that need repair. These so called "luxury apartments" are nothing more than ghettos. I am moving.

Everyone is concerned about section 8/low income people living in The Vinings, but as tenants of this apartment community, everyone is missing the most important things going on. The current management have been violating your rights as a tenants. Everyone who received the inspection notice dated 8/16 for inspection on 8/17/05 rights were violated. The landlord tenant code for the state of Delaware (5509 3 b) states a landlord must give 48 hours notice prior to any inspections to your unit. This is not the first time they violated the tenants of this community rights as tenants. File your complaints with the Attorney General Office 800-220-5424.
